I walk slowly and deliberately, often alone, listening for what emerges when distraction falls away. I create with my hands, reflect through movement and silence, and value depth without hierarchy, freedom without spectacle, and connection without ownership. This blog is where those threads meet. It is a record of a life lived in relationship with place, body, and inner landscape — shared openly, without instruction or expectation, for those who may recognise something of themselves here.
