Deserving of respect

 

It’s easy to see a woodland, hedgerow, or pond as just part of the landscape.

Yet to the creatures who live there, it is home, shelter, safety, and the centre of their world. 

Perhaps respect begins when we stop seeing nature as scenery and start seeing it as a community we share.
